PUPILS of a primary school in Basingstoke had an eventful day yesterday (Saturday, June 25) as they took part in a summer fete.
The school was organising such a festival after a two-year break due to Covid restrictions.
There were big inflatables, including a massive obstacle course and a helter-skelter, donkey rides, ferret racing, a bubble entertainer, fresh candy floss, emergency vehicles, live music, arena displays, Bramley's Got Talent event, BBQ and hog roast, vegetarian and vegan options, a well-stocked bar, coffee van, ice cream van, and loads of games and stalls.
The school also did a raffle with top prize being £200.
