A CHILDREN'S football team held their own mini tournament to help remember loved ones lost in Winklebury.
The Winklebury Wizards held the tournament as part of the The Legends of Winklebury Memorial Football Match (TLWMFM) held on June 18 at the Hampshire FA Stadium.
They held their own game in honour of Graham Garrett, a Winklebury legend who passed in 2015.

Before passing Graham did a lot for football for the children of Winklebury and the tribute was very well deserved.
As previously reported residents from the Winklebury Community came together during the day to remember those they have lost.
The adult teams were made of family and friends of the legends who have died. All the players who were from Winklebury played with their loved one’s names on their shirts.
The event started in 2021 with a memorial football match commemorating the lives of fiends George Nash and Freddie Elgar, who both died within days of each other during lockdown.
