THIS year's Place to be Proud of Awards were held at Haymarket on Thursday.
The event saw some of the most incredible charities, organisations, businesses and people being honoured by Destination Basingstoke.
The awards, returning for the 18th year, were hosted by the past winner and local hero, Dave Holby-Wolinski together with Felicity Edwards from Destination Basingstoke.

The Camrose Centre, Basingstoke Foodbank, Basingstoke Academy of Dance and Absolutely Offices were among the charities and businesses that won awards at the colourful event organised by Destination Basingstoke.
Among the individual winners were Anna Palmer, Margaret Macklin, Faye Wheeler, Nsima Udoh, Charlotte Nightingale, Effie Blankson and Luan Squire.
