A LORRY became stuck under a bridge in the centre of Basingstoke.
Hampshire police were called to the incident on Thursday, July 7 after reports a van had collided with a bridge at Festival Place.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Police, said: “The van, a grey Mercedes Benz, was located partially on its side, under the bridge, blocking the car park exit.

“The car park was closed to the bridge to allow for recovery of the van. No-one was injured.”
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they did not attend the incident.
