Four of the schools have said they will be closing on Monday and Tuesday due to the high temperatures forecasted.
Another said it would be closed on Tuesday due to the weather.
The other will close on Monday and possibly Tuesday because a collapsed sewer has left it without toilets.

"They spent yesterday evening trying to unblock the problem, however, they were unable to do so and in their professional opinion, we have a collapse in the main line sewer.
"Therefore, we are unable to offer any toilet facilities on site and must close the school on Monday. We anticipate this continuing through to Tuesday at least. We will update you again on Monday. Parents/carers and staff have been informed.
"Work will be put on Google Classroom for pupils to access."
