A BASINGSTOKE man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder, arson with recklessness and wounding with intent.
Kyle Butler, 28, from Cannon Close, Ellisfield, was remanded in police custody after he was charged in the attempted murder incident in Butler Close, Basingstoke on June 24.
He was produced via video link from HMP Lewes on Wednesday morning (August 3) at Winchester Crown Court, and spoke only to confirm his name.
Due to the ongoing barrister strikes, Butler was not arraigned and Judge Angela Morris set a case management hearing on October 10, in which he is expected to enter a plea.
