A LUXURY hotel in Hook has been rated as one of the most sought after holiday spots in the UK.
Heckfield Place was placed fifth most searched for holiday treat in the UK in research by commercial property estate agent Savoy Stewart.
The company compiled Google search data for 55 eco-friendly holiday retreats in the UK, highlighting the most popular green staycation spots.
Heckfield Place, which is owned by billionaire Gerald Chan, is an historic eco-friendly estate in the Hampshire countryside.

As well as ranking fifth in the UK in the research, it was also placed second in Hampshire behind Chewton Glen in the New Forest.
Heckfield Place saw 18,100 average monthly searches online.
Chewton Glen, a five-star hotel, receives 40,000 monthly searches on average.
The other most popular eco-friendly staycations in Hampshire were Chewton Glen, Heckfield Place and Montagu Arms and Cedar Valley.
