EIGHTEEN fire crews tackled a large fire at a farm in Upton Grey involving a bonfire and 750 tonnes of hay.
The crews from Eastleigh, Fordingbridge, Service Headquarters, St Mary’s, Wickham, Ringwood, Liphook, Stockbridge, Fareham, Andover, Basingstoke, Hartley Wintney, Rushmoor, Emsworth, Winchester, Alton, Tadley, and Hardley attended the large fire at a farm on Little Dean Lane, Upton Grey on Saturday, August 6.

The fire involved a bonfire and two hay ricks containing 750 tonnes of hay.
A spokesperson from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service said: "Three jets, one hose reel, and 70 litres of compressed fir foam solution was used to fight the blaze. It was decided it was best to let the hay burn out to suitably manage the incident.
"The stop message came in at 00:20."
