After 21 years and 224 days Hal's back being single. But it's all going to be fine. Instead of getting the therapy he clearly needs, he's made a cracking show about it. He's lost enough weight to almost get his wedding ring off and, while he may be flying solo, he's far from alone; he's got his grown-up daughters, his dogs and his divorce lawyer. The fickle finger of fate has turned Hal's life upside down but he's sticking a finger right back at it.
Hal is one of the top touring stand-up comedians working in the UK and Ireland today, as well as being a highly accomplished writer, presenter and actor.
He has made several appearances on Would I Lie To You, The One Show, The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice, The Apprentice: You’re Fired, and Richard Osman’s House of Games. He also presents a comedy rugby podcast with Dan Skinner called Rugby Jubbly, as well as hosting a new streaming show for Saracens Rugby Club, every Friday and Saturday called The Huddle. Hal wrote and starred in his own sitcom Hal on Radio 4.
He’s toured extensively in the UK and Ireland over the last 8 years, he has also taken shows to the Montreal, Melbourne, and New Zealand comedy festivals and he’s recorded three stand up specials for Next Up - Tough Luvvie, Straight Outta Cruttenden and Chubster.
Tickets are priced at £21 (includes £3 booking fee) and will be suitable for ages 14 and over.
