POLICE were called to an oil spillage on a Basingstoke road yesterday following a crash.
Hampshire Constabulary confirmed that it received a report of a single vehicle crash at 8.31pm on August 12 in Jasmine Road, Kempshott, which resulted in oil spilling onto the road.

A lamppost was damaged in the crash and police cordoned off the area while dealing with the incident.
No one was injured.
The Highways Agency was called to look at the spillage.
Drivers have been warned to “take extra care” when travelling in the area.
