POLICE have released CCTV of man they would like to speak to in connection with a report of a sexual assault at a Basingstoke shopping centre.
A teenage girl has reported that she was sexually assaulted near JD Sports, just outside Festival Place. The incident happened at around 7.45pm on Tuesday, August 9.
The girl reported to police that an unknown man inappropriately touched her.

Officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries and are now in a position to release a CCTV image as part of the investigation.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “If you are the man in the image, or know who he is, please contact us.
“Similarly, if you saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time or have mobile phone or CCTV footage that is relevant to our investigation, we would like to hear from you.
