“Winning the carehome.co.uk award is so special because it tells us what our residents, their relatives and loved ones think about the service we provide.
“They really appreciated everything our dedicated teams have done to keep everybody safe during these very challenging times.
“We are extremely proud and grateful to everyone of one of them for all their tireless work towards helping us win this fantastic award for the seventh consecutive year.
“Thank you so much to our wonderful home managers, nurses, carers and staff who continue to deliver the highest quality of care to all our residents.”
The results were calculated through reviews submitted to carehome.co.uk and included reviews and recommendations about all of Hartford Care’s 16 care homes located across England.
Reviews from residents, their relatives and friends were analysed and awarded an overall group score to find the most recommended care groups.
As a result, Hartford Care has been named as one of the most recommended companies in the Top 20 Mid-Size Care Home Groups category.
Of the nearly 242,000 reviews that carehome.co.uk received, 1,000 of them concerned care homes operated by Hartford Care.
