A DRIVER who tested positive for cannabis and cocaine had their six-year-old daughter in the car.
The incident happened in the early hours of Friday evening on August 26 when Hampshire Police stopped the vehicle on the M3.
Police said the driver was returning from a day at a theme park with their daughter and partner in the car.

Following the stop the driver failed a drug wipe showing the presence of cannabis and cocaine.
The driver was arrested.
