The news comes as another retailer has closed for good less than three years after opening in Festival Place.
British lifestyle brand Joules closed its Basingstoke store on August 26, after opening in December 2019.
The company released a statement in August confirming that it is in discussions with Next to support the group’s “long term growth plans” and a potential equity investment, which would result in Next becoming a “strategic minority shareholder”.

Neil Churchill, director of Festival Place, said: “I can confirm that Joules closed their doors on August 26. We understand that people will be disappointed and we are sad to see them leave.
“However, we are in advanced talks with another well-loved brand Ted Baker, which we hope will add to our retail offering at Festival Place. So, watch this space.”
