A BASINGSTOKE man has been arrested after reports that a teenage girl was "inappropriately touched" by a man in Tesco Express.
Officers investigating the report of the sexual assault in Basingstoke have now arrested a 54-year-old man.
Sometime between 9.55pm and 10.10pm on Tuesday, July 26, a teenage girl was at the self-service checkout in Tesco Express on Oakridge Road when a man walked past her from behind and inappropriately touched her before leaving the store.

The 54-year-old from Basingstoke has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault.
He remains in custody and enquiries are ongoing.
