A ROAD in Basingstoke was blocked earlier today due to a crash between a car and motorcycle.
Alencon Link was blocked both ways from Churchill Way to The Train Station turn off for some time on Friday, October 7.
Hampshire Police have since confirmed the incident involved a car and motorcycle.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: "We were called at 10.40am to a report of a collision involving a car and motorcycle on Alencon Link.
"Two people reported minor injuries."
The incident was first reported by AA Traffic News who said: "Road blocked and delays due to crash on Alencon Link both ways from A3010 Churchill Way (Victory Roundabout) to The Train Station turn off. Affecting traffic between Basingstoke and Houndmills."
ROMANSE, who provide traffic updates for Hampshire, also reported the incident.

Residents in the area spotted an air ambulance on scene.
