THERE are two road closures in Basingstoke finishing this week and next week, and one more closure starting to be aware of.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:
• M3, from 8pm October 3 to 6am October 22, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M3 northbound, junction 6 to 5, Lane closures for grounds surveys.
- A303, from 8pm September 23 to 6am October 29, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A303 and M3 both directions, junction 8, link road and lane closures for structures work, diversion via National Highways network and local authority.
And one more closure will begin over the next seven days:
• M3, from 8pm October 21 to 6am October 31, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M3 northbound and southbound, junction 6, Link, slip and lane closures for resurfacing work, diversion via National Highways network.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
