A NEW dog walking facility has opened near Basingstoke giving dog owners the chance to exercise their pets in a secure space.
Paw Paddock claims to ‘take the worry out of exercising your dogs’ by offering three acres of enclosed grassland for dogs to run freely, surrounded by six-foot-high fences to keep the area secure and prevent dogs from escaping.

The business, which has paddocks in more than 10 locations including Andover, Fareham and Wickham, has now opened two new paddocks near Basingstoke.
One, located four miles from the village of Mapledurwell, is slightly different from other paddocks because it does not have solid paths.
However, it still has all the security needed for dog owners to exercise their canine companions off-lead.
The second is in Moundsmere, in Preston Candover.
Visitors are allowed to bring up to four dogs.

Prices start at £5 for 25 minutes and go up to £10 for 55 minutes which includes poo bags, waste bins and a water source.
The paddock also has agility equipment such as jumps, an a-frame and a podium.
Helen Brown, marketing director at Paw Paddock, said: "We are super excited to have opened two new fields in Basingstoke in the past few months; one in Mapledurwell which is just four miles from the town centre and Moundsmere which is 15 minutes’ drive south of Basingstoke.
"We hope the local community enjoys the paddocks and sees this as a real community asset."
She added: "We offer an exclusive service, so when you book you will be the only one using the field, which is perfect for our dogs who all have such individual needs."
The paddock, which has a secure parking area, is open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 8pm and on Sundays from 12pm to 8pm.
Paw Paddock opened its first paddock in November 2018 and has since gone on to open 11 more.
