A GROUP of fitness enthusiasts were joined by celebrities to raise hundreds for charity.
Members of Fitness Flex Bootcamps in Brighton Hill Parade held the charity event named Fitness Flex Games to raise money for Elimtia, which was created by EastEnders actor Tanya Franks. Elimtia is a charity that explores the prevention of dementia.
Held on Sunday, November 6, the event saw three celebrities – Tanya Franks, actor Tameka Empson aka ‘Kim Fox’, and British Olympic swimmer Jazz Carlin.

The three celebrities led their teams in head-to-head workouts, battling for the fittest team overall.
Each workout tested different elements of fitness, ranging from strength-based to endurance exercises.
All those who attended – members, family and friends – gave it their absolute all and had a great time in the process.
The event saw an incredible 30 competitors raising just over £635 for the charity.
