A TAEKWONDO club from Basingstoke won an impressive four gold, four silver and six bronze medals at an international championship.
International Taekwondo Federation’s UK Open 2022 saw Wildcats Combat Tae Kwon Do from Basingstoke return with handful of medals.
With this medal haul, Wildcats have won a staggering 14 gold, 20 silver and 24 bronze medals in international tournaments this year.
The medals came at International Taekwondo Federation’s English Open, Scottish Open and London Open.
Head coach Callum Charman was ecstatic after winning medals at the tough UK Open at the Guildford Spectrum.
He said: “Wildcats Combat take pride in our students’ heart and determination highlighted in competitions. They compete fairly, as a team, and to the absolute best of their ability.
“Medals do not define us, but they’re definitely well-deserved by our Wildcats.”
