A WOMAN has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after she crashed her car on Winchester Road in Basingstoke on Wednesday (November 23).
The 54-year-old woman remains in custody while police enquiries are ongoing.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said: "We were called at 12.59pm today (23 November) to a report of a single vehicle road traffic incident on Winchester Road in Basingstoke.
"A 54-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above the limit."

One lane of Wincester Road was blocked after a car hit a lamp post near Winchester Road Roundabout, causing delays.
A Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Basingstoke firefighters were called to Winchester Road Roundabout in Basingstoke shortly before 1pm this afternoon after a car hit a lamp post.
"No persons were trapped and HIWFRS made the scene safe before handing the incident over to the police at 1.55pm."
