A FASHION brand is opening in an empty unit in a Basingstoke shopping centre this month.
As previously reported, Festival Place said it was in “advanced talks” with Ted Baker to bring the chain to the centre.
It has now confirmed that Ted Baker will be coming to Festival Place, and a sign put up on the shop says it will open in “early 2023”.

The chain will take over a unit previously occupied by British lifestyle brand Joules, which closed its Basingstoke store on August 26 after less than three years in the town.
Neil Churchill, director of Festival Place, previously said: “We are in advanced talks with another well-loved brand Ted Baker, which we hope will add to our retail offering at Festival Place. So, watch this space.”
