A BASINGSTOKE man has been fined and handed points for speeding.
Mark Dickinson, of Mullins Close, was caught driving a Mercedes on the M23 at a speed which exceeded 70 miles per hour on July 18 last year.

During a hearing at Crawley Magistrates' Court, the 54-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Magistrates gave Dickinson three points on his driving licence and ordered him to pay a total of £203 including court costs of £90, a surcharge fee of £32 a fine of £81.
