A FITNESS business in Basingstoke is looking to revolutionise the way clients and coaches connect with each other.
Stallion King Universe is a fitness brand which was founded by Nnamdi Charles Obegolu in 2021.
Nnamdi, 26, who was born and raised in Nigeria before moving to the United States with his family in his teenage years, is a medical student who works at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital. Alongside Nnamdi in the venture is partner and Stallion King Vice president and marketing director, Kristina Ava Morgan, 23, from Grenada.

Nnamdi said: “We’ve been in the UK for about a month now, and we love it here. I’m a medical student, currently in my third year. I’m training to become a physician at the hospital.”
He continued: “The aim of Stallion King Universe is to place clients and trainers together. It’s what people might refer to as the Uber of fitness.
“What we want to do is onboard coaches onto our website, who are trained in a variety of different fields of fitness. It could be anything, such as a personal trainer, a dance instructor, or a boxing instructor – the more the merrier!
“Members of the public will then be able to go onto our website, select what it is they are looking to do, and based on their location will be paired with a specific trainer in that chosen field. It’s all about accessibility – exercising is not only great physically but also mentally, and we want anyone to have the opportunity to do something they are interested in or passionate about.

“We have big plans for where we want to be in the future and would love for people to get involved.”
Kristina added: “We promote a professional, but also fun and convenient atmosphere that both clients and coaches can enjoy.
“Our short-term goal is to spread the word of what Stallion King is all about and raise awareness in the community. Anyone and everyone are welcome to be part of the Stallion King Universe. We currently have some merchandise on the website, as well as fitness programmes, and coaching services.”
