A MAN in his 50s has been stabbed in the face during an incident in a Basingstoke car park.
Police were called to a report of an assault in Popley Park car park in Popley Way at 10.16pm on Wednesday, January 25.
The victim was approached by two men who spoke to him before assaulting him with a knife. They then walked off.
The man suffered a cut to his face.

A police spokesperson said: “A man in his 50s was approached by two men unknown to him.
"The men spoke to the victim before assaulting him with a knife. The men then walked off.
"The victim sustained a cut to his face.
“Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information is asked to contact us on 101 or via our website at hampshire.police.uk/ quoting reference 44230033956.”
