HAMPSHIRE residents have been reminded to make sure their vehicle registration plates can be seen.
Hampshire's Road Policing Unit took to Twitter to warn residents about the dangers of a number plate that is not clearly visible.

They posted: "A reminder for motorists to keep their number plates clean. If we can't read them, ANPR cant read them and it's an offence for which you can get a ticket for! Keep it clean, for it to be seen! #ItsNotWorthTheRisk #28770."
