A 'RECKLESS' man from Overton has been fined thousands of pounds for possessing an incident video of children.
Ryan Paul James Darrington, of High Street, was found to have a Category C video of children on March 19, 2019.
Darrington's internet devices were searched following an incident at a train station where the now 48-year-old's behaviour concerned passengers.

As a result, his devices were seized and inspected by police officers who found some concerning files including a Category C video of children. They also found a Category A video but the Crown later decided not to prosecute for the Category A video.
He appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Monday, February 6 to be sentenced for the offence. He had previously pleaded guilty to possessing an indecent photograph of a child.
The court heard that the content was made between May 2013 and October 2015.
Prosecuting Laura Hollingbury told the court the images contained young girls "showing their buttocks".
She said: "When he was arrested he stated 'what is going to happen to my daughter'. He was interviewed and made no comment. His life has taken a different turn since then."
In mitigation, Nicholas Wragg added: "He was clearly reckless with his internet use and had been in places he should not have been and took risks.
"What is most important is that although the laptop was kept the defendant has since married and had two young children.
"The defendant has acknowledged his behaviour was reckless and he has worked with a therapist and accepts full responsibility."

In sentencing, Judge Jane Miller KC said: "What is known is the last time you accessed the images was October 2014. In March 2019 your actions on a train caused concern to two passengers.
"As a result, your devices were sized and inspected and some of the searches caused concerns but only one of those has resulted in a charge. The Crown decided that they will not proceed with the Category A content found.
"You have no previous convictions, you are now aged 48."
She told the court that he called himself "naive" and "stupid" and has "admitted full responsible".
The judge ordered him to comply with a community order and take part in 30 hours of rehabilitation activity days.
He has also been ordered to pay a fine of £2,500 and court costs of £1,500.
