A BASINGSTOKE restaurant has been shortlisted as a finalist at this year's Nation's Curry Awards.
Chennai Express, in Wote Street, is rated 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor and was awarded Travellers' Choice in 2022.
The business has now been revealed as a finalist in The Best Indian category at the prestigious curry awards.
Manager Kendra Dhakal said that his team are thrilled and very excited to be considered for this award.

He added: "It means a lot to us, especially with being a small business that has only been opened four years.
"We are excited to soon be attending the award ceremony!"
Kendra said he feels the restaurant has been considered for the award thanks to their good service and food which is reflected by their high rating from customers.
Chennai Express will find the outcome of the awards at the Nation's Curry Awards ceremony on Tuesday, February 28 in Manchester.
