TWO suspected drug dealers have been arrested after a car was stopped in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Shortly after 1am on February 15, officers stopped a car at Basingstoke Leisure Park due to it being registered off-road.
When the vehicle stopped, one of the passengers got out of the vehicle and fled, dropping a carrier bag close by.
Officers seized the bag and carried out a search of the other two occupants who remained in the car.

A quantity of suspected cocaine, heroin and cannabis was found inside the bag.
One of the occupants was found in possession of cannabis.
A 17-year-old boy and 51-year-old man, both from Basingstoke have been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs.
They remain in custody.
