The artist told the Gazette: "The piece is the newest addition to my series, about a homeless teddy bear. It’s titled 'washed up'. And it’s the start of the bear adapting to the streets and making the most of the facilities around him. The series is based on a true story, that I wanted to tell."
Hendog has previously created a piece at Basingstoke hospital to mark International Nurses Day in 2021.
