A BASINGSTOKE restaurant is celebrating Pancake Day by unveiling a limited-edition menu with a DIY pancake experience.
Cosy Club, in Festival Place, is offering customers the chance to enjoy its pancake offerings on Tuesday, February 21 with a signature Black Forest Gateaux Stack – a tower of up to nine pancakes with indulgent chocolate brownie, raspberries, cherry syrup and whipped cream.

Alternatively, customers can enjoy a personalised experience with a Build Your Own Pancake Stack, with the option of three, six or nine pancakes and a choice of 15 toppings including bananas, white chocolate bark, honeycomb, vanilla ice cream, and salted caramel sauce.
Pancake Day, also known as Shrove Tuesday, marks the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday, which lasts for 40 days up to Easter, and was traditionally a time of fasting.
