A HOUSING association in Basingstoke has announced changes to its maintenance services that will impact thousands of people.
On Friday, March 3, Sovereign housing association explained that their grounds maintenance service will now be carried out in-house rather than by a contractor.

After 'customer satisfaction doubled' following the insourcing in Berkshire, Sovereign said it will be replicating this delivery model in Basingstoke to hopefully achieve the same success.
Jac Jenkins, Sovereign’s lead for the project, said: “Our goal is to provide our customers with a quality service and put them at the heart of everything we do.
“Insourcing in these two regions following such positive feedback is proof that we’re delivering against these goals, and serious about improving the customer experience."
