Natalia has been cutting hair for the last 25 years and is the fourth generation in her family to pick up the scissors. She spent time in her grandmother's salon growing up and always wanted to be a hairdresser.
Natalia teaches hairdressing alongside cutting, and is the head of hair and make up of Miss Generation and Miss Polski UK and Ireland.
Natalia had previously run Nati Hair and Beauty, which was based underneath Obsessive Hair at Two Feathers Lane.
Nati Hair and Beauty was forced to close during the pandemic, but exactly two years later, Natalia found her current unit in London Street and has been there ever since, with lots of returning customers from her time at Nati.
La Parisel provides a range of services for men's and women's hair, from haircuts, colouring and hair extensions, to keratin treatment.

Natalia said: "At our salon, we strive to be the best in every hairstyle, colour or haircut we do. Our customers' satisfaction is the most important thing for us, and we get some really great feedback from returning customers, which is fantastic and sentiment to the good work we do."
She continued: "I was aware La Parisel had been nominated, but I never expected us to win.
"It was a really nice surprise, and the credit has to go to my girls here. It wouldn't be possible without them, and they work so hard which is all you can ask for. They're fantastic and we're very happy to win this award."
Natalia added: "Hopefully this will encourage some new customers in the town to give us a go. If you haven't been in before, pop in and see what we are all about."
