AN estate agent with offices in Andover and Whitchurch has won a prestigious award.
Graham & Co has won the gold award at the EA Masters 2023, the property industry’s most prestigious mark of excellence.
Winning agencies are deemed ‘exceptional’ by a rigorous, independent assessment. This means they delivered the best results – selling or letting properties more quickly than their competitors, achieving the highest price asked to price achieved ratio, and showing an outstanding level of customer service.
Graham & Co won gold in both the sales and lettings categories. Every year, a rigorous assessment is carried out of every estate and letting agent in the country.

There are 15,000 estate agencies and each one is assessed for property marketing, customer service and results. This includes how quickly they sell or let and the percentage of the price achieved compared with other agents in the same location. The very best agents are listed in The Best Estate Agent Guide – a website for landlords and sellers to help them choose who to sell or let their property.
The estate agent staff are delighted to be recognised for their dedication to providing the very highest levels of service.
Director Wayne Turpin said: “We’re delighted to have won the highest award for both our sales and lettings departments. We always try to go above and beyond for every client, and this award is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.”
Graham & Co have two offices – one in Andover and one in Whitchurch.
