A camera club is putting the focus on photography at an exhibition at Festival Place.

Celebrating its centenary year, Basingstoke Camera Club is one of the oldest camera clubs in the UK, and has more than 90 members.

A staunch member of the local community, the club has raised more than £17,500 for its adopted charities, St Michael’s Hospice and the Olibob Arts Foundation.

The exhibition put on by Basingstoke Camera Club, which runs at the Basingstoke shopping centre until April 28, was visited by the Mayor and Mayoress of Basingstoke on April 18 who called in to see the striking prints on display.
