FLIP Out has apologised to its customers for any inconvenience after an incident involving a staff member closed the site.
The indoor trampolining and adventure park, at Festival Place, posted on its Facebook page that it had to close due to a 'major incident' on Friday, April 28.
It has now issued a statement about the incident to the Gazette on Sunday, April 30.
It apologised to customers following the short period of closure.

A spokesperson from Flip Out Basingstoke said: “Our Basingstoke park had to close on Friday afternoon due to a key member of staff being taken very ill unexpectedly.
"The park reopened as normal on Saturday morning at 9am.

"We apologise for any inconvenience caused to any customers of Flip Out Basingstoke that were affected by the closure.”
Details of the staff member's illness have not been publicised, however members of the public posted online that they had seen an ambulance at the site.
The spokesperson said that staff have ensured the equipment is safe to use and Flip Out remains open as usual.
