A BASINGSTOKE business has been ordered to pay more than £1,000 after it failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle.
Wow Av Installations Ltd, located in Loggon Road, on Thursday, October 1, 2019, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
During a hearing held at North Somerset Magistrates' Court on April 26, magistrates fined the business £1,000.

Magistrates also ordered court costs of £620 and a surcharge fee of £100 to be paid.
The business entered a not guilty plea to the offence on January 3, this year, but on April 26 it was found guilty.
