IT'S the Coronation weekend, which means it's time for a bank holiday, and what better way to spend it than down the pub with the people you love?

1. The Clatford Arms, Goodworth Clatford
This 18th Century pub in Test Valley has been rejuvenated by new ownership in recent years, one of a few privately owned Free Houses you'll see these days.
Landlords Shane Wells and Georgie Littler have put a modern twist on this establishment which used to be known as an "old boys' pub".
Serving locally sourced food and a selection of real ales, the Clatford Arms makes for the perfect venue this bank holiday weekend.
Sports lovers can enjoy the weekend's football fixtures, and even participate in a game of pool on its impressive hydraulic pool table.

Another fine example of an old-timey pub brought into the 21st Century.
This establishment dates back to 1583, and while it still has that old-fashioned aesthetic, it is very much up-to-date with the modern era following extensive refurbishment.
The Duke on the Test features a cosy bar, serving classic and locally sourced drinks, and much of the food is also sourced locally.
In recent times this pub has received great praise for its food from one of the country's top chefs, Marco Pierre White.
The acclaimed three-star Michelin chef spent two nights at the Inn in March, and left behind a note that read: "Thank you for a wonderful meal, Respect, M.P.W."
3. The Cricketers Inn, Easton
This country pub located in the quaint village of Easton, near Winchester, is a popular place to visit on a warm day.
The Cricketers serves food "all day, every day" and has recently launched a new summer menu.
A classic countryside pub, this establishment has recently come under new management and is now home to two pub dogs who welcome the guests and keep the place lively.
It is definitely a pub worth visiting this weekend.

Located in an ideal spot along the Basingstoke Canal, the Waterwitch is the perfect venue for a nice pub lunch.
Inside, this 17th Century pub has retained most features from when it was built, while outside, the pub garden has a gorgeous view of the canal.
Known for its delicious food and pleasant atmosphere, the Waterwitch can be a day out all to itself, but it also provides the perfect pitstop for those who fancy a nice spring walk down by the canal.
Tucked away in the quiet countryside, the Fox is a hidden gem of a Hampshire country pub.
This historic venue is traditional to its country roots, with wooden beams and flooring, and a fireplace making you feel like you've stepped back in time with a beautiful aesthetic.
One review on Tripadvisor described its food as "A hidden gem of a Sunday roast".
