A NEW retirement development is set to open in Tadley next month. 

Retirees are being invited to find out more about a McCarthy Stone retirement living development, Yelland Place, on May 24 at an upcoming open day. 

Once complete the development will comprise 42 one and two-bedroom apartments designed to meet the needs of over 60s. 

The homes will be available to buy off-plan in June and occupants are expected to move in December 2023. 

At the open day, people can look at plans and apartment specifications and discover more about the different purchasing opportunities.
