World-famous wildlife artist, Pip McGarry, is waking up the charming Odiham, with a new collection of paintings, curated by The Frame Gallery.
Wildlife and more – an Art Exhibition at The Frame, Odiham, with Pip, Gale and Alex McGarry showcases Pip’s stunning wildlife art, alongside paintings from renowned UK nature artists, Gale and Alex McGarry.
The exhibition runs from Saturday, June 10 to Tuesday, June 20 at The Frame, 81 High Street. Kate Bleathman, the visionary new gallery owner, is delighted that alongside Pip’s artwork, will be compositions by two of his talented family members: Alex and Gale McGarry.
Pip’s exhibits will include his intimately observed oil paintings of big cats, zebra and elephants in the wild. Pip draws from his first-hand experiences in East and Southern Africa, as well as research gained during his time as Artist in Residence, at Hampshire’s Marwell Zoo.
Award-winning artist Alex McGarry will be exhibiting her exquisite oil paintings of British wildlife and farmyard animals. And Gale McGarry’s stunning still-life work, executed in her unique style, will complete this exciting exhibition.
"The Frame is arguably my favourite gallery, where we have had several sell-out exhibitions previously," Pip said. "I am very excited to be working with new owner Kate Bleathman and look forward to meeting visitors to this stunning show."
