A DRINK driver from Basingstoke has been banned from getting behind the wheel.
Anne-Marie Montoya, of Dankworth Road, on May 22 drove a vehicle on Winchester Road with 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on June 21, the 47-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.

During the same hearing, magistrates disqualified Montoya from driving for 40 months and a fine of £438 to be paid.
Montoya must also pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £175.
