"As a business, we present ourselves as a trusted advisor to our customers – and we also aim to be a trusted organisation and employer for our co-workers. We believe this is what makes TD SYNNEX unique and sustains our long-term success.”
Before certifying an organisation, Great Place to Work captures employee feedback using its research-driven Trust Index survey of co-workers and requests detailed information about the culture, programmes and practices that make its workplace unique.
The certification runs from June 2023 until June 2024.
