LOOKING after wellbeing at work is a sign of a good employer – and four firms that have made their mark are in the running for an INSPIRE Business Awards accolade.
ResourceIT Consulting, Castle Trust Bank, Simpila Mental Health, and Basingstoke College of Technology are the finalists in the Wellbeing at Work category, sponsored by Festival Place.
Neil Churchill, centre director of Festival Place, said: “We believe championing mental health and staff wellbeing benefits both individuals and their employers, and is essential for businesses.
“We are passionate about supporting our staff at Festival Place and we know that all these finalists reflect the same commitment to mental health and wellbeing.”
