MAGISTRATES have disqualified a driver after they failed to provide a specimen for analysis in Basingstoke.
David Plant, of Horseshoe End in Newbury, on May 22 failed to provide a specimen of urine for a laboratory test when suspected of having driven a vehicle.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on June 22, the 46-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.

Magistrates banned Plant from getting behind the wheel for 12 months and ordered him to pay a fine of £120.
Plant must also pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £48.
