A BASINGSTOKE resident has appealed for witnesses to help her locate a lost pig.
Annette Carrig, from Eastrop, rents land on Basing Road in Old Basing, and has a number of rescue animals, one of them being her rescue pig Squeak.
She used to have another rescue pig called Bubble, who recently passed away, and now, Squeak has gone missing.
Annette said that Squeak had managed to get out of the pen before, but had always been found near or close by.
But on Monday morning, she went missing again.

An unknown person photographed Squeak not long after around 8.30 am on July 3 in the middle of a road, but she has not been seen since.
A lady had rung Annette to say she had thought she had spotted Squeak at the end of Saxon Way, Great Binfields Road, but said it wasn't clear if it was a pig or not.
Annette added that she contacted both the police and the RSPCA to report the pig missing, but to no avail.

Annette said: "The fencing around the land wasn't damaged, and it didn't look like a struggle had taken place, so we don't think she has been taken. We have been walking around looking all over for Squeak, but we can't see any sign or trace of her anywhere."
Squeak is described as tall as a German Sheperd Dog, but twice as wide as one would be.
Annette continued: "Squeak is a rescue pig and here she is loved and looked after well. We would love to be reunited so if you have any information or have seen her anywhere please get in touch."
