RESIDENTS will have the chance to buy land in Tadley during a property auction.
Land and roadway at Harmsworth Road, with a nil price reserve, are among the 149 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers.
Mike Marchant, a senior auction appraiser with the regional land and property auctioneers, said: “We have been instructed to sell a pair of freehold titles that combine to form the roadway of Harmsworth Road in the attractive North Hampshire village of Tadley.

“There is a nil price reserve, so bidders may be able to purchase a piece of the county for next to nothing.
"However, a nil price reserve can soon seem a distant memory if the price rises as bidders get stuck in."
The auction ends on Wednesday, July 26.
Live bidding starts 48 hours before.
