A BASINGSTOKE driver has had his driving licence endorsed with five penalty points for driving without due care and attention.
Stephen Wade, of Pitcairn Close, on or about January 9 drove a Mercedes on Western Way in Basingstoke without due care and attention.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on June 29, the 47-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.

Magistrates handed him five penalty points and ordered a fine of £246 to be paid.
He must also pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £98.
