MAGISTRATES have ordered a man from Kingsclere to comply with a community order for assaulting two people.
Mathew Evans, of Pennys Hatch, on October 14, 2022, assaulted a man and a woman in Andover.
Evans also used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with the intent to cause someone to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them on the same date.

The 36-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence on June 6 and during a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court, the 36-year-old was handed a community order.
The order means he must abstain from consuming alcohol for 120 days and take part in a building better relationship programme.
Magistrates also handed him a fine of £600 and said he must pay court costs of £85.
