A BASINGSTOKE man has been sent to prison for a string of offences including damaging property and theft.
Daniel Harris, of Coleman Close, on or near June 20 failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court after being released on bail.
On January 10, Harris failed to attend or remain for the duration of an initial assessment following a test that revealed that the Class A drug cocaine may be present in his body.
On April 17, the 35-year-old at The Oak, in Cherry Tree Walk, damaged an awning and speaker and on April 3 he had in his possession a pair of bolt croppers and wire cutters in connection with a theft in which he attempted to steal a pedal cycle.
Later in the year on May 2, he damaged a rear bumper in Fountains Close and a fence gate. He also assaulted a woman on May 4.
The next day on May 5 at Abbey Road Harris without lawful excuse damaged a Ford Transit Van belonging to Melrose Community Association.
Four days later on May 6 in Basingstoke, he stole two ring doorbell cameras belonging to a woman.

On December 24 last year at Shakespeare House Health Centre the 35-year-old damaged a window belonging to Lloyds Pharmacy.
Last year on November 8 he had in his possession a quantity of Class B drug amphetamine and damaged a garage door and trailer belonging to a woman in Basingstoke.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on July 5, Harris was sent to prison for twenty weeks after pleading guilty to the offences.
