A MAN from Ludgershall has been banned from getting behind the wheel for a year after he failed to provide a specimen for analysis.
Zachary Whittle, of Simonds Road, on April 24 in Basingstoke failed to provide the specimen of urine when required to do so after being suspected of having driven a vehicle.
The 24-year-old appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on July 11 and pleaded guilty to the offence.

Magistrates disqualified him from driving for 12 months and ordered him to pay a fine of £120.
He must also pay court costs of £40 and a surcharge fee of £48.
